Bremerhaven mainly has a history as industrial overseas trade port. But in recent years it has become much more multi-facetted. The special melange of the industrial trade port and new modern buildings as well as attractive tourists sites (such as the climate house, German Emigration Center, German Maritime Museum, the zoo, Mediterraneo, ...) make it worth a visit.
